BST 3.32 (latest version) can't unlock a GM-G530T -Samsung Galaxy GRAND Prime
1) It's able to see the device just fine.
2) I'm running on a brand new windows 7 machine (to have no driver problems)
3) I have no "unknown devices" in my device manager (so it's not a driver issue)
4) I have the phone in the desktop and it's rooted (tried WITH AND WITHOUT ROOT)
5) I have tried the "BYPASS MSL" and the "Qualcom Direct Unlock" with no success
I SCAN for the device and it's found just fine.
But when I UNLOCK it just "communication failed"
What could be wrong?
Do you SIM/NETWORK UNLOCK a T-mobile phone to use with ANOTHER GSM carrier by simply "SCAN" the device and press "UNLOCK" correct?
please help....
