hi there
my ip is blocked because of entering pass 3 times wrong, i reset a pass but it says now
Your Account is not active. Automatically block (3 failed login attempts) from IP -2.xxx.xx.xx

i tried to contact support true skype
and no one answers

can you explaind me why
