| It's baseband problem you have no imei so try to check baseband voltages around U_PMICRF on these capacitors C3208_RF, C3202_RF,C3210_RF, C3211_RF, C3213_RF, C3209_RF, C3212_RF if some voltages are missing look for short at the same line or replace U_PMICRF. if all voltages are present try to reball Baseband CPU must have some broken pads under it. |
