Did you ask Infinity team before buying? Or did Team forced you to buy? Don't talk kiddish, when update will be ready team will release it.
About returning money it was your decision to buy, no one forced you.
And BTW looks like you need update everyday, just start programming yourself and then you will know it's not like cooking maggie in 2 minutes.
We don't release update till it's fully tested and working like other teams where users are crying more instead of success.
