After going all over again, it does come up, unlocked, connecting and browsing, but the moment it is powered off and powered on back, the 2 lights will be blinking as if if is still in that Balong stage, it won't stop until I instal the 21.318.03.00.00 firmware. It is currently using the web UI version 17.100.15.01.356. Please wht could be wrong?
