Infinity[BEST] - Infinity [BEST]
Infinity-CDMA - Infinity-CDMA
It's not possible to move activation from one to other card type, for ex-
Infinity-Box - Infinity [BEST]
Infinity [BEST] - Infinity-CDMA etc.
Your first card (4B8857C7) is Infinity-Box/Dongle and your second card (701E8576) is Infinity [BEST], so it's not possible to move activation.
