If you get in device manager in ports : 900E ( instead of CareSuite or 9008 ) - then it mean device has been stuck in S-EDL , where is active SBL port with very less command chain. It not allow reprogram device and require to seek TP ( required ), or use bootjig ( it almost not work )
If you install drivers and connect device, you will get such message :
Code:
Operation : Identify [ v1.10 ]
1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!
Wait for phone...
Device Found!
Initialize ...
Handshake passed!
ID_BLOCK_S : 02658DC1
Error : Device stuck in S-EDL!
S-EDL : Reset power. Use BootJIG ( probably it is time to seek TP )
Reconnect Power/Cable!
That can heppen if you try play with boot partitions ( rpm, gpt,tz ). If you decide to play with them ( i.e. erase ) - you should process sbl also.
