I use sim scan v2.01 to scan my SIM card.
It gives me the data of the EF_SST(SIM Service Table) as below:
FF 3C FF FF 03 00 3C 03 00
Obviously, GPRS service is not allocated and activated.
I can't find EF_KcGPRS and EF_LOCI_GPRS too, which are needed to provide GPRS service.
But this SIM card does support GPRS and I have tried it.

My question is "How does this SIM support GPRS?"
