iPhone 5s
When charge cable plugged in the phone recognizes and battery charge symbol appears, within a second it disconnects.

phone will connect to iTunes ok but no charge, have reinstalled iOS and still no luck

have tried multiple working chargers and cables to no avail.

have replaced charge port and battery to eliminate, no luck.

starting to think this is Charge IC problem ?

Any suggestions ?
