| Go to recovery mode - than chose power off.
When power is off ... hold vol up and vol down together and plug the cable.
In result you will get alcatel logo on the screen for the moment, but after that screen will go black, but device will be accessible from PC.
BTW. I have another problem - only windows that I have is XP on virtualbox - and problem is that QFIL doesn't see any serial Port - when plugging phone in I hear the sound (bam bim) and I see HID device in device manager, but no any serial port. |
