"Enable Hidden Languages" operation makes available languages, which are present in current firmware of the phone, but are not accessible in menu. If no new languages appear after the operation - firmware has no hidden languages in it.
You can try to reflash the phone with different firmware, then repeat "Enable Hidden Languages" operation if will be needed. |
