Only one option available here:

how to build the file ? or if can give more details?
Yes this is true, to use this feature its quite simple:
  1. Download this file : http://hdb-team.com/download/hdbox/10k-pass.txt,
  2. Connect Phone To HDBOX Usb Host port ( Left side of HDBox when you look at the HDBOX screen ),
  3. Connect HDBOX to the computer to any USB port,
  4. Start HDBOX Manager,
  5. Go to Android Tab,
  6. Click start app,
  7. From the the combo make sure you select "Password lock",
  8. Click on the plus button, and load file from step 1.
  9. (optional) Click Configure button next to the combo to ensure that you have proper settings for this task ( the settings for password are shared with pin settings for now, on next patch of manager and android app each will be seperated)
    • unlocking phone screen(none/tap/drag),
    • phone connection is set to normal AND NOT OTG,
    • input is set to Direct AND NOT TOUCH ( LIKE A MOUSE)
  10. You are good to go, click Run now and HDBOX will start cracking the password on the phone.

If everything is good, password cracking should be done in about 1 week for all 10.000 top passwords ( about 90% of all users use one of this ).

If you encounter any issues, make a quick movie with whats happening on the phone screen and will assist you.

P.s. Last Friday we did an update to the HDBOX operating system: http://hdb-team.com/system-1-8-released-sound-packs/ . This was focused on improving the access to HDBOX's SD card slot, and making sure both HDBOX firmware and Windows could read the card in same time without any side issues, and this particular feature was required by our next release of the android APP where the password list file will go to <HDBOX Disk Letter>\HDBOX\Android.App\Passlist.txt and HDBOX could crack the passwords screen without a computer, just the HDBOX+HDBOX sensor, a charger, and the phone.

Best regards,
HDB-Team support team.
