According to Software log IMEI was repaired successfully. Did You make Factory Reset to finish the operation, as it was prompted by Software?

To complete the operation, please make Factory Reset (Go to "Settings" ->
"General" -> "Backup & reset" -> "Factory data reset", press "Reset
phone" and "Erase everything" buttons).
