I have the apk for the lg v10 but its a copy of what i tried to decompile and recompile and i did not sign it yet.but you can still read it .i will share the raw tmo sim lock apk when i get hands on the v10 again.for now take a look at this copy of the v10 apk i had saved on my sd card that i was trying to edit.
