Just bought another box (already have a working one)

I was able to activate the card but it will not upgrade from 1.5 to 2.2!

It keeps saying either wrong card OR server not found! then it times out and says max attempt of 3 reached and then it stops for a day..... Please help as I need this working! (I did pay for it!) it was bought from: GPGIndustries - The #1 Cable and Hardware used around the world

When I first got it I had to wait for them to enter it in the system then I was able to activate and that's where it ended!
The first unit I received worked fine but it an older black box (new one is blue)

Help!
