if the phone is dead after dropping Dr fone is useless infact it work with only software brick (maybe) or phone in modality download mode (maybe)..for recovery data exist (check online ) tool for read EMMC (internal memory ) but only after being desoldered and soldered on a dedicated reader with a decryption software connected to a PC.

The only thing is to check if emmc is supported .. or alternatively it is to check if some jtag boxes support reading the internal memory partitions.
