You have Chinese version of S850, flash that rom,
check baseband, if okay, fix imei and it should work.

People reported success with these files :

ROM : S850_ROW_S119_140627
(Download rom with - open the program, go to Options (or press Ctrl + O in the program) on the Download tab, check DA DL All with Checksum and close this window)
and select "Firmware Upgrade" from main download window

Attached is nvram file, to restore to phone.
