Hi

I am trying to S-OFF and Unlock HTC A9 but I am getting this error:

Code:

Sending oem writesecureflag 0
... (bootloader) HTC KEY CARD VERSION: 6
FAILPERMISSION DENY (DECREASE_CYCLE_FAIL)
FAILED (remote: PERMISSION DENY (DECREASE_CYCLE_FAIL))

Operation finished

I've changed flexis and reflashed clip few times but still the same issue
Any quick fix?
