We would like to inform you that, the stores may not have had a news about the agreement that we had with Metropcs and that is the reason they did not provide you the warranty.
Just you let you know that, recently we had an agreement with Metropcs, that all the repair and after sales issues would be handled by them, and not us.
So that is the reason the stores may not be aware of this, however we would kindly request you to get in touch with metropcs on 888-863-8768.
We are sure that they would be able to help you warranty for the device.
