Sprint US

i recently bought a R-SIM 11 + to use a Indian Sim GSM Card.
But its no working on 11.0.1, in the below video they claim that

ios 11.0.1 can be unlocked with R-SIM 11 + 18.8v. but its totally not working at all i have followed all the steps correctly but its not working at all. Please Help me out.

Error Message " SIM Not Supported "
