Only downloading driver will not help.
You must install also driver in your PC.
Specially network interface driver, adb and fastboot drivers is important.
In PC exists feature called device manager.
Here you can see if driver is installed corectly or not.

P.S
This is 2nd gen Motorola.
And metod for new phones mostly sure will not work in your phone.
You must use old metod if you want to perform this task.
