If same phone with same IMEI you not lost any credits, can repeat Unlock process with reading/Applyng full instruction given from "Octopus Support" below:

1. Fully charge phone's battery.
2. Install test Software version v.2.6.2.1 from the Support Area.
3. Write first security backup back into the phone to back phone to it's initial state (backup was created automatically during of Unlock process).
4. Repeat the «Unlock» operation again.

Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don’t use USB hubs, this is important.

The unlocking process takes about 10 minutes, please do not disconnect the cable and do not confirm / do not press / reboot any messages that appear on the screen of the phone during the unlocking process.
