I’d advise you to spent some money and give it to technician, it’s not difficult job but there is a risk that you might damage connectors on motherboard, then repair will cost you much more.
You can buy parts on Ebay, digitiser for iPad 2nd generation cost around £ 7-9
But again if you haven’t done any jobs like this before I wouldn’t recommend doing it yourself.
