I've had two blackberry q10 over a span of a year. The first one I was foolish to try and fix on my own, thus unfortunately making it worse. I now have another hence the typing, but I dropped it a couple days ago with a case on it whilst sitting down onto a tile floor. Afterwards I noticed the cameras wouldn't work. So I went into the motherboard and truned out just a loose connector...they work now. Now i found that the power button and volume buttons won't work (power button only for rebooting, not for locking) and volume buttons only working inside a media (music or youtube). The pause(middle) rocker/button works inside music and media but I can no longer use assistant on the device by way of holding the middle button down.

PLEASE HELP!?!?!?
