2. root the phone
3. enable usb diage port
4. and repair original imei by umt dongle

no luck last try
Try Reset EFS with QcFire.
Then try to Repair IMEI using UMT Method [1] / [2] a few times. Reboot phone to check if it is fine.
If baseband is unknown, please write working QCN.
