hi everyone

i have got an z3x box that i was using 4 years ago and it was ok but for some reason i stopped using it and now after 4 years i tried to install it on windowas 10 and it didn't work so i got another laptop with windows 7 64bit and still can't install it, after downloading shell and connecting the box to windows on device manager it doesn't appear as Z3X BOX and Smart Card so i can install the drivers all it shows in device manager is Easy Jtag control port as it shows in the photos.

any help will be highly appreciated
