How you know it's Alcatel/TCL product ???
Can you check phone box, or phone itself, to try to find more details,
like - if it have some PID (ie: V900-2xXXXXx)
If so, post that PID, and I will take a look if can find something ...
p.s. I just checked and couldnt find anything about that model...
