| that's the U2 issue
i got few like that, replacing the U2 is not easy as it's too close to nand. so put kapton tape and even a small aluminium radiator used for microcotrollers or cpu, and try to clean all that ****ty glue under the chip, then try to clean all the old solder and try again
some chinese refurbished U2 IC's, and especially the 1610U1 IC's are bad. i got 75% failure on one delivery from Aliexpress once .. |
