| The phone does not start up despite being left on charge. I have tried starting in safe mode and recovery mode with no luck. If I take the battery out and hold the power button down then reinsert the battery, the Samsung logo comes up briefly but disappears and then nothing else happens. When plugged in to charge, occasionally the charging emblem comes up but soon goes away
