drivers, included in ntool or in OST, should be installed.
NTool will only detect phone if it in FASTBOOT mode and drivers are installed.
HMD devices enter FASTBOOT mode automatically during reset.
you can try another next trick :
start operation, connect phone in recovery or stuck in android logo, press and hold volume up + power on until phone reset.
btw, NTool v0.0022 released with support for flashing of NTool firmwares plus many interesting firmwares uploaded
