according to the schematic these two resistance are pule up I2C_ISP_NH_SCL and I2C_ISP_NH_SDA to PP1V8 2.2k ohm each (i2c interface)
so i guess they were either physically damaged or water damage
either way it was visually inspected and spotted
microscope is the key
