hi to hosting community

please i need help how to unlock j330f by factory unlock

Knox phone is 0 ===== OK

my only problem is how to connect phone successfully by samsung UART Com port

is it the cable becom with boxes Rj type or shoud i buy new cable USB type ?

is ther solution without buying uart usb cable ?

like downgrade firmware ? without risk of course because the phone is new

i have 2 RJ uart cable but nothing happen when i attache the working ON phone to box

please any advice or help will be appreciated
