Of course, in this work you need to use the programmators, but absolutely all developers of programmators forbid to inflate the smart card, which entails a lock. I have a question and if I decompose on the client side to decrypt the USB port to which the phone is connected and work with it, as if it is connected to a specialist computer, will it violate the ban on the distribution of the card?
