Hello.

Before to perform the operation, to make button enabled, You need to connect (authorize) the device via "Connect" button.

Also note, Mr. hoangtrongfb is right, that if your device is updated to the latest Android 8.x firmware, most likely, "Reset Huawei ID" operation will not work for this device. In latest firmwares (Android 8.x) for P20, P20 Lite and some other devices uses new security encryption algorithm and it is not supported at the moment.
