Samsung qcom code read with android 8x is not officially supported but we made some past few test it was 100% able to put in upload mode and read backup data atlast.
In your case i ask you few question to understand problem. please answer in yes or no.
Did phone go in upload mode ?
Did software ask you to put phone in upload mode due to automatic failure ?
Did you press OK after phone is in upload mode ? |
