Open Samsung Tool Pro, select model and hit Repair from Top tab and check if IMEI Repair Option is available... For example for your model:

IMEI Repair and Patch Cert is active, means you can Repair or Write IMEI...and Patch CERT

and for example it is Impossible to Repair IMEI and Patch Cert for J510F:
