now phone will boot into normal condition
now enable developers mode and also enable oem unlock
now type *#*#717717#*#* to enable qc diag ( if diag port not shown in device manager reboot the handset without disconnecting it from PC )
repair the imei
without rebooting device after imei repair write qcn
