Hi
nowadays iam receiving many Samsung phones all customers complaining same.
No data connection. there SIM cards and the network setting all are fine.
but still when I go to the APN setting it show following message.
"access is restricted for the current user profile"
normally when you have insert a new SIM card the provider send the APN setting to the phone. phone will receive this message within couple of minutes. but these phone even not receiving this message. even I cannot save any APN setting for these phones.
I have try several phones factory reset and flashing with original firmware but still no luck for any of the phones.

anyone face this problem and solve it? please Kindly share your experience and the solution.
