1. THEY CLAIM 110% that all product are ORIGINAL WHEN YOU ORDER ORIGINAL!!!
(untrue iv ordered several SO CALLED griffin 3 boxes they dont even exist... all it is is just a change in housing... also they use cloned mcu....as when you go to update on griifin site you require an activation file...which is only AVAILABLE ONCE!!!
2. THEY ALWAYS NEVER TELL YOU THAT YOU COULD be charged customs.....
(its standard curteosy for good business to mention it)
3. THEY respond to every 5 emails by 1 email as aftercare support...thats if they bother at all...
4. the sell ALIBABA box which does not exist it is a CLONED GRIFFIN+HWK STRING
(but its never described in their product specs....
mate they have REALLY BAD AFTERSALES...iv stopped buying from them......they are a CLONED sales people them selves maybe...
OH YEAH AND THE FUNNYEST THING IS ..... they always have an answer for every thing.
like e.g. "HI i read from griffin site only one time activation file download per SERIAL"
REPLIED "oh dont worry they are original we buy bulk license.....
ME: thats not what i asked or said...i said only download once per serial otherwise no activation.
