| you need to wait then until i get 2xxx firmware and try all myself, however i'm erased boot fully and bootfix_roo fixed my phone to flashable state.
what device appears in windows device manager after successfull bootfix_roo ?
did you tried to reset phone after bootfix_roo with volume up + power buttons for 15 seconds ?
