Dear Users,

In case you have blank dongle/box perform following steps:

1. Re-download latest Sigma Software build version
2. Install it
3. Run update operation
4. In case any error appears:
   • Rar logs folder
   • Mail it to [email protected]
   Each case with not updated box/dongle will be analyzed separately.
