Download Flash Tool 1620 Win 2-Download suitable ROM for your MTK Dvice
(Tested on TECNO C9 FRP) And many other models
3-Open spflashtool and select scatter file
4-Go to read back and check the FPR address
5-Go to format tab and do manual format then write the FPR Address
