Sure in device there's write one Fw with XLOADER2 so not let write you Board without "Unlocked Bootloader", i've had same issue in other BLA-L09 with B148 mistaked by user and lost Imei.
Downgrade works for 01 xloader (So not builds after B145)
If try to write Board you kill this device, for lucky has stopped Process!!!
