| i tried today got same error and the phone was on latest ios 12.3.1 iPhone Xr but when i put the simcard that the phone is locked to an AT&T sim the phone activated normally so i dont know if apple is detecting if a Rsim is in the phone now but if its so (i really hope not)then rsim is dead |
