Flashing complete but phone is still not going to update mode and if i plug in charger it show charging for a while then blank screen if i switch it on it showing log and then blank.
maybe is not full firmware or i must flash it with another firmware .
if i try this firmware from easyfirmware its not flashing

Its not poasible. Wont accept any flash. Now put it in upgrade modr manually and reflash
