| Is this device based on MTK CPU, if yes, then select MTK Android Device from the list and check for these methods:
Reset FRP (MTK Loader)
To perform Reset FRP operation over MTK Loader, do the next steps:
Power phone OFF;
Press "Reset FRP (MTK Loader)" button;
Insert USB cable;
Wait until operation ends;
If the phone not connected, try to turn it ON and OFF. And then repeat operation once again.

Reset FRP (MTK Test Point)
To perform Reset FRP operation via Test point over MTK Loader, do the next steps:
Make sure your device is fully charged;
Power OFF the phone;
Select proper model from the list;
Press "Reset FRP (MTK Loader)" button;
Attach Tesp point as shown on Test point image;
Connect USB cable (battery must be plugged in);
Wait until backup is done;
Follow Software instructions;
- In case if yout phone stuck on logo or erecovery mode, then try to reflash it and perform Factory Data Reset via recovery. |
