The MSL certificates for your device were already generated, credits can't be refunded back. The credits will not withdraw from your account again.
All what You need to do is just follow these simple steps to get your device Unlocked:
1. Re-flash your phone with stock firmware.
2. Press Help button, got to Sprint Unlock method, do these steps:

Download and write into the phone proper binary Modem Combination firmware from the Support Area ("SAMSUNG/COMBINATION" folder) or write Modem part from proper full Combination firmware.
Do Factory data reset.
