Is not NOT SUPPORTED , your MODEM / IMEI is not readed .. i think you have flashed some Bad inside .. or just try one more time ,
but if we can not read IMEI and MODEM , we can not unlock it ,
if after one more try is same problem, you need rewrite modem on phone and then unlock again
