Good, you have to look at software updates, box or dongles that we have, open the z3x shell and go to software, lg and you will see that there is an update of lg tool 2.64, when you have installed lg tool 2.62, these small errors they make procedures wrong or kill the phones, you have to be aware, it is a tip, if it fails in the flash, it is octupus lg, umt has lg module too or test point, loader, and convert firmware of that lg model to xml.
