- after full flash, power on phone, check if baseband is okay
- imei should be empty
- use MauiMeta and try to write imei, if fails,
- power off, erase nvram and nvdata partitions (optional step)
- use mauiMeta 8.x or higher (no need database) to fix imei
- correct CDC drivers are required for success operation

Write nvram and nvdata from posted link.
You can use SPFlashTools also, write memory option.
nvram start address: 0x380000
nvdata start address: 0x6b00000
after writing, do factory reset, reboot phone and see if works.
Lenovo_K10A40_nvram+nvdata
After done, if all works, return ORIGINAL imei of the phone with MauiMeta,
and fix original serial number with SNWriter MTK factory Tool.
